Juanita Williams began her career with Bios in 1992 as a Habilitation Training Specialist for the Bartlesville Area Office.  

Juanita transitioned people with developmental disabilities from the Hissom Memorial Center to their own community.   Next she became an Employment Training Specialist and began helping people secure and maintain paid employment.   Over the next four years Juanita held positions including Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Coordinator.

Juanita’s understanding of the importance of childhood development led to her decision to become a stay at home mom in 1997.   In 2001, Juanita returned to Bios to continue working in a field she was passionate about. She held positions including Residential Secretary, Training/HR Coordinator, and Program Manager in Employment Services.

In 2006, Juanita began her current position as Area Director in Bartlesville. This role affords her the opportunity to advocate for people with disabilities, ensure quality services, and gives the honor of working with some of the most extraordinary people.
