Terry Wilson: Special recognition to Mr. Wilson for his excellent training techniques. He is exceptional in teaching new employees the ropes and familiarizing them with the program. We can count on Terry to train his new staff and raise the bar to be sure there is no interruption in daily activity for the person served.
Joseph Davis: Safety snaps to Joseph for clearing snow/ice off walkways at MET site, laundry, and off the laundry truck before employees arrive! Thanks for wearing your "safety hat" even on a Sunday.
I would like to thank Joseph for his efforts with Jame and M.J. His approach with them in assisting their relationship with Royal Vista ensured that they were seen as "fully and valuably human" and necessary for the fiscal viability of a local company.

Area Director, Shannon Holcomb
Shannon Holcomb has been with the Bios Corporation since October, 1994.
She began working at Bios as a Vocational Program Manager and quickly absorbed other responsibilities which have included being a Direct Support Professional, House Manager and having a home approved for respite/companionship for DDSD.
In October of 2006, Shannon began her current role of Area Director for the Sapulpa/Tulsa Office.
In addition to being the Area Director in Sapulpa/Tulsa, she has also been the Area Director in Muskogee and Bartlesville.
Shannon supervises 250 employees, and is in charge of ensuring high quality services are provided while maintaining an operating budget for the Sapulpa/Tulsa Office.
Shannon was born and raised in Oklahoma, on a family farm near Kellyville.
Her parents were both educators in the public school system.
It is because of her background that Shannon chose a field where a combination of hard work and teaching others is an important combination to changing the lives of others.
Shannon has a B.A. in Psychology.
