A former case manager and administrator, Susan Rutledge’s extensive experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) prepared her for her work as director of quality assurance at Bios.

A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Susan joined Bios in 1999. In her current role, Susan brings a significant work ethic and compassionate disposition. Susan finds satisfaction in knowing she is part of a team that positively affects people’s lives.

A compassionate humanitarian, Susan also works as a volunteer for the Humane Society and Habitat for Humanity. She has two adult children and three rescued dogs, whom she cares for and loves dearly.
