Chris Mercer is the Director of Program Analytics and Quality for Bios. He is responsible for providing quality assurance oversight to all aspects of Bios Companies in Oklahoma and Tennessee.

Chris began his journey at Bios, working as a Direct Support Professional in 2010. He then worked as a Program Manager, Lead Program Manager, Area Director, and Standards & Compliance Coordinator.

Chris has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colorado Technical University. Chris was born and raised in Tennessee, where he currently resides with his wife and three children. He is a passionate fan of the Tennessee Volunteers and the Kansas City Chiefs. He enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and playing basketball.
