With past roles at Bios including job coach, vocational department assistant director and residential director, Kimberly Weir is perfectly suited for her current position as executive director of A Better Life Homecare.

Kimberly has always believed people should be able to live their lives on their own terms as they age. She values being able to assist those in need with living the lives they want to live, within their own homes, at their highest potential.

Kimberly takes inspiration not only from the people she serves, but also from her many dedicated and compassionate co-workers.

Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her kids, dogs and cat, and in her barn or checking livestock in her pasture. And she’s also always up for decoration projects that utilize unique floral arrangements.
