Kirk Elam is the Chief Executive Officer of Bios and is responsible for providing the strategic, financial and operational leadership for Bios Companies.

Kirk began his career with Bios as a program coordinator in December 1999. He has held various positions with the organization, including lead program coordinator, director of employee relations, accounts receivable manager, director of finance, and served as the Chief Operating Officer for 16 years.

Born in Oklahoma but raised in Texas, Kirk returned to Oklahoma to work for Bios. He earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Texas Christian University in 1997 and master’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University in 2005.
