A student of a speech-language pathology at Texas Christian University, Lori Hauge developed a passion for teaching and helping people living with disabilities develop the skills needed to live fulfilling lives.
Lori earned a master’s degree at the University of Iowa and embarked on a 10-year career in speech pathology and healthcare administration. She joined Bios in 1999 as its chief operating officer.
In 2008, she spearheaded the development of A Better Life Homecare, Bios’ homecare division (currently BiosHealth), while becoming a certified Person-Centered Thinking (PCT) trainer and certified PCT mentor trainer. Today, as chief culture officer, Lori supports the company and its ventures as a multifaceted, person-centered organization.
Outside the office, Lori values time with her family: a husband, two adult children and two ornery and beloved canines. She enjoys teaching yoga, playing outside and supporting ministries at her church.
