Mindi Hixon began her career at Bios as its technology expert and supported the organization in that role for many years. When Bios identified a need for affordable housing for people with disabilities, with a keen eye for design, Mindi enthusiastically took on the role of director of real estate.

Her husband, Chris Hixon, recently joined her in this work, serving as Bios’ primary contractor.  Mindi is the mother of three adult children and enjoys boating and spending time at her lake home.
