Shannon Holcomb, a former vocational program manager and area director, earned a reputation for benevolence and devotion to her work, leading to a position as the Bios’ executive director for Oklahoma. Her years of devotion to our employees and the people we support have culminated in her current position as Chief Operating Officer.

Shannon treasures the many relationships her job has allowed her to make, many of which she has carried with her throughout her life. She is a gifted developer of young leaders.  This talent is evident throughout Bios, as leaders in every department were mentored by Shannon early in their careers.

As an Alumni of Oklahoma State University, Shannon loves sports and enjoys spending time on their farm working with animals.
